Transporaton Control Systems' BriteLite (tm) edgelit LED internally illuminated street name signs has been selected by the City of Auburn, AL for a city wide retrofit project. The BriteLite (tm) edgelit signs were selected after a rigours evaluation by the city officials and was selected due to their state of the art optical design which utilizes easy to maintain T8 LED bulbs. City of Auburn Traffic Engineer, Brandy Ezelle, indicated that she was very happy with the design of the BriteLite LED sign and was looking forward to rolling it out the entire city. more...
Maryland Transity Authority has selected Transportation Control Systems to furnish (133) Lane Control Signs for the Fort McHenry Tunnel retrofit and refurbish project currently underway. The Ft. McHenry Tunnel is the primary throughway under the Baltimore Harbor. This project called for Transportation Control Systems' team of engineers to design custom signs to meet the stringent needs for this rigorous environment.
