NEMA Traffic Cabinets

Our enclosures provide a protective, safe environment for traffic control, traffic counting and classification, video detection and monitoring, tolling, and battery backup
electronics systems. Impervious to rain, sleet, snow, dripping water, corrosion, hose down, splashed water, oil, coolant seepage... our enclosures are designed to provide
unparalleled protection.
Once your enclosure requirements have been defined, our configuration engineers then go to work fitting the cabinet with your choice of electronics, if you choose to use our services to do so. We can fit power panels, field service terminal blocks, police panel switches, a variety of NEMA controllers and master controllers,
conflict monitors, modems, load switches, flashers, transfer relays, detector racks, power supplies, video detection equipment, surge protection equipment, and power backup systems. Basically, tell us what you need, and we will tailor the cabinet to fit your requirements
Features/Benefits- 1/8" thick aluminum type 5052-H32, providing a strong and rigid construction
- UL approved enclosures (when required)
- Four "C" mounting channels on the side and rear walls, allowing versatile positioning of shelves and panels
- Completely double flanged door frames
- Stainless steel external hardware
- Internal hardware is either stainless steel or cadmium plated, type II, Class I or equal
- Main door has stainless steel piano hinge, secured with stainless steel carriage bolts with nylock nuts.
- Main door lock is Corbin #1548-1 or equal
- Fluorescent or incandescent light fixture
- Doors sealed with closed cell neoprene gaskets
- Thermostat and fan assembly
- Ground fault interrupt 115 VAC receptacle
